Job description

  • Full responsibility for the sales business in the North America
  • Provide dynamic and positive leadership to a medium-sized team
  • Management and further development of direct sales networks, distribution channels and sales reps
  • Development and implementation of the regional sales strategy for a continuing profitable growth
  • Growing the market share and turnover of the current business with focus on the major target industries like industrial automation, automotive, intralogistics, packaging, and robotics
  • Manage and further deepen the business relations to the most important Key Accounts personally

Requirements

  • Technical degree or degree in Business Administration
  • Long-term experience in sales and key account management with documented success
  • Good knowledge in the field of selling industrial automation components and solutions
  • Leadership experience at an industrial company in the US
  • Entrepreneurial, result driven personality with conceptual strength and hands-on-mentality
  • Trustworthy person living in the United States preferably in the Great Lakes region
  • This role requires willingness to travel (appr. 30-50%)
