Job description

  • Full p&l responsibility for all business in France
  • Increasing the company’s market share, growing the sales network, and further establishment of the brand
  • Provide dynamic and positive leadership to the team (approx. 30 employees)
  • Market development with focus on the target industries machine building, automotive, aerospace, and optics
  • Expanding of the distribution network and build up strategic partnerships
  • Personally manage and further deepen the business relations to the most important Key Accounts
  • Reporting to the Vice President Sales

Requirements

  • Technical degree or degree in Business Administration
  • Good track record in leading and successfully growing a sales organization
  • Strong leadership experience in an industrial company
  • Experience with CRM Systems like Salesforce as tool for managing and optimizing sales processes
  • Good knowledge in the field of industrial products or systems (e.g. precision machines, measurement and sensor technology, industrial automation)
  • Entrepreneurial, result driven personality with conceptual strength and a general understanding of P&L
  • Business fluent in French and English
