- Full responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Greater
- Providing leadership to a team of 100+ employees with focus on sales, marketing, and engineering
- Increasing the company’s market share as well as growing the sales network
- Market development with focus on the markets machine building, transportation, automation, and energy
- Effective cooperation with the Asian shared-service HQ as well as the local production and R&D facility
Anforderungen
- Technical or business degree
- Extensive leadership experience from a position on a similar level (preferably in a Western organization)
- Strong knowledge in the field of automation, electrical engineering, electronics, or electromechanical components for the industry
- Good track record in leading and successfully growing a sales organization
- Excellent communication along with strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Business fluent in Mandarin (preferably native language) as well as very good English skills
