Job description
- Full P&L responsibility for the entire business in Turkiye & the Middle East
- Providing positive and dynamic leadership for a team of 10+ employees
- Further developing the business within the existing markets such as machine building & robotics, automation, transportation, and renewable energies and into new markets
- Growing market share of current business relations with emphasis on solution sales and industry 4.0 applications
- Define mid- and long-term business plans for the region
- Direct reporting line to the German HQ
Requirements
- Technical degree; MBA would be a plus or degree in business administration with sound technical experience
- Long-term leadership experience in General or Sales Management roles, preferably incl. P&L responsibility
- Good knowledge in the field of automation, electrical engineering, or electronics for the industry
- Entrepreneurial, motivational, and result-driven personality with conceptual strength and analytical skills
- Very good skills in English
- Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Istanbul
