Job description
- Full P&L - responsibility for the entire business in the United States
- Provide positive and dynamic leadership to the team (approx. 25-30 employees)
- Development of overall company strategy laying foundation for growth in existing and new markets
- Responsible for accompanying the transformation process of the local assembly into a modern production facility
- Implementing efficient business processes
- Annual budget, resource, and investment planning
- Direct reporting to the German HQ
Requirements
- Engineering-degree or commercial studies with further technical education
- Several years of management experience in a production environment
- Good knowledge in the field of machine building or engineered, make-to-order-products
- Experience in the areas of operations, supply chain, engineering; sales would be a plus
- Entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with conceptual strength
- Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Charlotte/ North Carolina or willingness to relocate
- Fluent in English
