Job description
- Full p&l responsibility for all business in Japan
- Increasing the company’s market share, growing the sales network, and further establishment of the brand
- Provide dynamic and positive leadership to the team (approx. 10 employees)
- Market development with focus on the target industries machine building, electronics, optics, and aerospace
- Expanding of the distribution network and build up strategic partnerships
- Personally manage and further deepen the business relations to the most important Key Accounts
- Reporting to the Vice President APAC
Requirements
- Technical degree or degree in Business Administration with a sound technical understanding
- Leadership or working experience in a Western industrial company
- Good track record in leading and successfully growing a sales organization
- Good knowledge in the field of industrial products or systems (e.g. precision machines, measurement and sensor technology, industrial automation)
- Entrepreneurial, result driven personality with conceptual strength and a general understanding of P&L
- Business fluent in Japanese as well as good English skills
