Job description

  • Full responsibility for sales, marketing, and distribution of the process analytics business in the China
  • Managing, developing and further expansion of the local team
  • Maintaining and deepening contact with existing customers and acquisition of new customers in markets such as chemical, pharma, water/ wastewater and food & beverage
  • Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase market share
  • Preparation of sales planning, budget, and key sales figures
  • Direct reporting to the General Manager China and to the Vice President Sales in the German HQ

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree, preferable in chemical or electrical engineering
  • Long term sales experience in the field instrumentation, process analytics, measurement & control or sensor technology with documented success
  • Good knowledge and existing networks to the process industry
  • Profound Leadership Experience
  • Customer-focused, dynamic character and hands-on-attitude
  • Entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with conceptual and strategic strength
  • Very good skills in Chinese and English
  • Trustful personality living in the Shanghai Area
