Job description
- Full P&L responsibility for all sales and marketing activities in Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Providing positive and dynamic leadership to a team of 10 employees
- Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
- Expansion of the specialized dealers network as well as direct business to end customers
- Manage and further deepen the relations to the most important key accounts
- Staffing and personnel development
- Effective cooperation with the HQ
- Defining mid- and long-term business plans for the region
- Direct reporting line to the Regional Managing Director
Requirements
- Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus
- Sound experience in sales and key account management, preferably incl. P&L responsibility
- Good knowledge in the field of selling technical products through a three-stage-distribution-channel system
- Entrepreneurial AND PASSIONATE sales-personality with conceptual strength
- Excellent communication along with strong analytical skills
- Cooperative and motivational leadership style
- Very good skills in English
- Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Brno or willingness to relocate
