Job description

  • Strategic and international responsibility for innovation in the context of industrial communication, connectivity, and control technology
  • Expansion and further development of the portfolio in close cooperation with Development, Distribution, and the Customer ("voice of customer")
  • Systematic identification and assessment of current technology and market trends in the context of IIoT (e.g. mobile automation, battery & energy storage or testing systems)
  • End-to-end responsibility from initiating the development of new products to successful market launch and penetration
  • Evaluation of strategic partnerships, including "make or buy"

Requirements

  • University degree in engineering or technology or a similar subject
  • Work experience in product management or comparable functions close to the industrial market and with strategic responsibility
  • Knowledge of PM tools and methods
  • Familiarity with markets and technologies in the segments of automation, communication technology and/or electrical engineering
  • Communicative and a dynamic personality with good conceptual and analytical skills as well as a spirit of innovation
  • spoken and written English
