Job description

  • Full responsibility for sales, marketing, service, and product management in the United States
  • Provide dynamic and positive leadership to the team (approx. 65 employees)
  • Development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in the US for a continuing profitable growth
  • Growing the market share of the current business with focus on the major target industries like automotive, machine building, aerospace and medical
  • Manage and further deepen the business relations to the most important Key Accounts personally
  • Definition of key sales KPI & metrics
  • Direct reporting to the CEO and dotted line to the German HQ


  • Technical degree or degree in Business Administration with sound technical understanding
  • Long-term experience in sales and key account management
  • Leadership experience at an industrial company in the US
  • Good knowledge in the field of metrology, measurement technology or other highly technical products and systems (e.g. sensors, industrial automation)
  • Customer-focused character with excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, result driven personality with conceptual strength and a general understanding of P&L
  • Trustworthy personality living in the region
