Job description
- Strategic and operational responsibility for several business lines with a revenue >100 mio. Euros
- Leadership and further development of an international team
- Definition and implementation of the global product roadmap with focus on topics like AI, cyber security, edge computing, and software-driven innovation
- Analysing of existing and new markets as well as current and future customers’ needs
- Establishing of an innovation lab to foster customer-centric innovation
- Member of the management team in the division
Requirements
- Technical degree or degree in business administration with strong technical knowledge
- Professional experience in market-oriented leadership positions with focus on strategy, portfolio development, sales and business development
- Knowledge in the field of AI, cyber security, and/or edge computing
- Empathetic leadership personality with conceptual strength and international exposure
- Homeoffice in Germany or a neighbouring country
- Availability for travelling, especially to Sweden
