Stellenbeschreibung

  • Full p&l responsibility for all sales and service activities in Brazil
  • Managing, developing, and expansion of a small local team
  • Expanding business with existing accounts as well as acquiring of new customers.
  • Analyzing of markets and identifying and addressing of business potentials
  • Increasing market share and turnover
  • Further developing of the local service business
  • Direct reporting line to the headquarter in Central Europe

Anforderungen

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable technical qualification
  • Long-term experience in selling machinery solutions to industrial customers with documented success.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive sales-personality with conceptual strength
  • First leadership experience or leadership ability
  • Fluent in Portuguese and good communication skills in Englisch
  • Trustworthy person living in the greater Sao Paulo area
